MPS Executive Suites (formerly My Private Secretary) is a professional secretarial service and business centre, located in the heart of the business and medical district on Broadway Avenue in Vancouver. We’ve been in operation since 1981, and provide a full range of office services to corporate organizations, small businesses, individuals and non-profit associations.
A business centre, sometimes called a “shared office,” “executive suite,” or “packaged office.” No matter what you call it, the concept is simple and effective: you save time and money because every office is fully furnished, fully staffed with reception services, comes with kitchen facilities, maintenance, security, a la carte administrative support and more. You keep your professional image with our elegantly decorated suites and waiting area, and all your guests are greeted by friendly staff at the front desk.
Our workweek of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday enables us to provide efficient turnaround time on assignments. In addition, we have a “pool” of temporary staff that is available days as well as evenings and weekends to assist with special assignments or simply a heavy workload.
We also offer virtual offices, which means you can have an office, without needing to be here physically. A virtual office offers flexibility for business people on the go by providing telephone answering services that can greet your clients, and direct calls to either your cell phone, voice mail box, or another number of your choice. Meanwhile, when you need an office and professional environment to meet with your clients, you can rent the boardroom or a personal office by the hour or day. And if your schedule is conflicting with that of your clients, no need to worry — we can hook you up via telephone conference calling or full scale videoconferencing so that important opportunities and timelines aren’t missed.
In 2009, our full-floor renovation was finally complete. The unobstructed floor to ceiling windows allow the amazing views of Vancouver to speak for itself!
