Our boardroom seats six to eight very comfortably in high back leather chairs, and is available by the hour. We also have five affiliate offices located across Metro Vancouver to handle any boardroom or meeting requirements you may have with your clients, and with our new Videoconferencing equipment, we can easily connect you with your clients worldwide.
At no extra cost to you, our lease package rates include office furnishings, telephone answering, voicemail and reception services, high speed internet access, boardroom usage, secretarial and word processing services, photocopying and fax services, nightly janitorial services, coffee, tea and WA-2 MicroGuard System filtered water, plus all utilities, including telephone bill, property tax, building operating and maintenance expenses. The premises are accessible 24 hours per day and are controlled by security alarm and camera surveillance.
Our friendly staff will ensure quick turn-around time on all of your word processing, secretarial and printing needs. Our computers are equipped with anti-virus software, Microsoft Office, Corel WordPerfect, WinFax Pro, Simply Accounting, Quick Books, Maximizer, high speed internet access via fibre optic cabling and are enhanced with an HP LaserJet printer and Toshiba e-Studio 3511 full network colour printer copier and scanner.
